Validators

The Validators is a group of person validating blockchain transactions for the RowBlock chain Network. The Blockchain Employs a set of validator who are in charge of verifying transaction and creating new block on blockcahins. The group of persons who will be allowed to operate as validators, must pass verifycation to authenticate their identity and reliability , which is called Proof-of-Authority (PoA).
